Your Help is Greatly Appreciated!

If you want to assist our effort but can't run or walk on race day, we can still use your help. We have many opportunities for volunteers, from pre-race tasks to post-race clean up. If you're interested, give us a jingle at info@HeartsAndSoles5K.org.
